LeaderSource Paradigm Shifts
In order to learn from each other’s deep reflections and rich learnings we invited our staff to share what paradigm shifts they have experienced since joining/ partnering with LeaderSource.
One of the key values that we commit to as a ministry family is the love of learning – a culture of constant reflection, evaluation, improvement and learning – both individually and collectively, so that we are always growing as leaders. In order to learn from each other’s deep reflections and rich learnings we invited our staff to share what paradigm shifts they have experienced since joining/ partnering with LeaderSource. By “paradigm shift” we mean: A significant change of thinking when the previous way of thinking about or doing something is replaced by a new and different way.
This significant change of thinking and practice can be about leadership, leader development, ministry methods, organizational culture, union with Christ, leader care, or even a doctrine, etc. It’s your personal experience with LeaderSource and how that has produced significant changes of thinking and practice regarding these issues.
In the attached document are responses from our staff.
