LeaderTrek
Leaders from all over the world encounter God on our wilderness leadership training experiences, coming away restored and realigned. $400 will send a leader on a life-changing 10-day LeaderTrek.
Sports Camps
Our sports camp ministry is now impacting disciples down to the fourth generation. Within a thoroughly indigenous movement, hundreds of local youth ministers are leading their own sports camps in cities across East Asia, bringing children to Christ and building disciples. $250 sends a child to sports camp; $400 sends a youth leader to coach training.
Malcolm Webber
Malcolm is the founder and executive director of LeaderSource, and has worked with Christian leaders in many nations for more than 30 years. Malcolm is deeply committed to the preeminence and centrality of Jesus Christ, the calling of every believer to function in the life of the church, healthy leadership and holistic leader development, the priority of building the next generation, and the global calling of the local church.
Brent
Brent works in the area of international leader development and cross-cultural consulting. His 27 years of cross-cultural experience include seven years of living in Asia. His focus is leader building and care.
Bill and Carol Frisbie
Together, Bill and Carol Frisbie have over 40 years of active ministry experience among unreached people groups in West and Central Africa. They currently lead our global Leader Care team, with a vision to see all unreached people groups reached for Jesus, through healthy leaders building healthy churches, who will in turn reach the lost. Bill also serves as a Senior Training Consultant, building team capacity and leading training in places without local teams.
Jim Brenneman
Jim has been involved in teaching ministry since 1972, expounding the Scriptures globally in weekly study groups, seminars, classes, conferences, and study tours. Now working with LeaderSource SGA in the development of curriculum, Jim writes materials for biblical instruction and leader-building. He bears a burden to see sound theology and biblical truth communicated in an “everyman” style.
Simon & Juliana Zhang
Simon serves East Asian churches in America, building leaders and training co-workers for a men’s ministry called Trailhead Fellowship. His wife Juliana has a ministry with pastors' wives and East Asian women. Together they seek to build stronger and healthier leaders for churches.

For this first school year, we have an annual budget of $18,500, covering teaching salaries, transportation, and creating a safe recreational space for our students. Your generous donation can make a significant difference in these children's lives.
