Raised in a family with a heart for the nations, Sharon developed a desire to serve the Lord from a young age. A teacher by profession, her heart has always been to effectively share God’s Word and help people grow in their walk with the Lord.

 

Sharon left teaching to serve full-time with Elam Ministries in 2007, where she coordinated their leadership training programs and conferences in the Iran region. During this time, she also completed a Masters in Ministerial Studies with Global University.

 

Having partnered with the LeaderSource team for several years, Sharon has seen how holistic leadership development brings transformation to the individual and the church. Currently she oversees the LeaderSource ministry for Iran, Turkey, and the Persian-speaking world. She is married to Keyvan, and they are based in the UK. Together with her husband, Sharon is especially passionate about seeing emerging leaders being built up to build others.
