Sandeep is an experienced trainer and leader who has worked extensively with various ministries to develop their child and youth ministries. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, as well as a Master of Divinity. He has over 16 years of professional experience, serving in program and partnership management, human resources, consulting, and coaching.  

 

Sandeep is passionate about seeing the people he leads, mentors, and cares for realize their God-given purpose and potential. He is married to Ruby and is blessed with a son, Aleph Jordan.
