Lenin accepted Christ at the age of 13 and started serving God passionately from then on. He spent around 14 years securing his M.Div. and M.A.’s in Christian Studies and Religion & Philosophy and teaching in theological seminaries. After attending a ConneXions Intensive training in 2013, he became convinced of the holistic and biblical nature of model, and began using it to evaluate and revolutionize teachings and build leaders ever since.
Lenin is a vibrant, passionate leader who coaches and mentors emerging leaders by creating strong relationships. He lives with his wife Jothi in Chennai. As a family he and Jothi complement each other to make an impact among families, children, emerging leaders and senior leaders. He is also gifted in music and has a zeal for sports and wants to build leaders using these gifts.
