Jebaraj grew up in a pastor’s family, and the initial seeds of faith were sown into him early on. He surrendered his life to Christ and His cause at a youth camp, and God provided him with early opportunities for leadership and service in the church. He has advanced degrees in Literature, Social Work, and Medical Sociology. 

Prior to joining us, Jebaraj served with World Vision for over a decade in diverse leadership roles. Subsequently, he joined Compassion International to lead its East India office and eventually serve as the Regional Program Director for Asia, until May 2017. 

After working for over 25 years in leadership with diverse denominational leaders, one of Jebaraj’s passion is to serve both emerging and established leaders and build capacities towards kingdom impact. This led him to join us at LeaderSource India. 

Jebaraj is married to Rajashree. They have two teenage daughters, Jessie and Evangeline. They live in Pune.
