Istifanus Ibrahim Nchipa

Istifanus Ibrahim Nchipa was the first of five siblings born to an orthodox Christian family in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
He surrendered to the Lord in 2013, and began pursuing Him immediately, attending outreach ministries and trainings to further his knowledge of God. He earned a degree in information technology, and basic and advanced certificates from the school of ministry in Adamawa State.
After several years of serving under mentors, he was appointed to the role of resident pastor with Kingdom Legislators International, serving in this position for two years. Following this, he connected with LeaderSource as a volunteer, and began growing as a healthy leader and building those around him. He now serves as full-time with LeaderSource in Nigeria, designing transformational processes to build healthy leaders.
