Elia grew up in a Christian home and came to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ at a young age. He graduated from the faculty of commerce in Cairo, Egypt, and subsequently worked as Retail Operation manager in UAE and Saudi Arabia for 16 years. Elia also led an underground church, serving Jesus in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. In 2020, he began a new season of life, focusing on building healthy leaders with LeaderSource.
 
Elia conducts unique, holistic trainings for teenagers, youth, and church leaders, helping them to experience a real relationship with God. In addition, he partners with LeaderSource to offer multiple programs to Christian denominations in Egypt and provide workshops in churches, all with the goal of transformation into holistic, healthy communities.

Elia is passionate about seeing all generations (especially senior leaders) growing together spiritually in Christ and helping others to grow, that the name of Jesus would be made known and raised high in the Middle East.

He is married to Amal and has two children, Kiven and Jonathan, who serve the Lord with him.
