Doni grew up in a Christian family in an army camp, and came to know Jesus Christ personally at a young age while at university. While on campus he was involved in a Christian fellowship for discipleship, going on to serve with Cru for 22 years. While serving with them, he collaborated with campuses and churches of various denominations to equip them in the knowledge of God and His Great Commission. In the last five years, he mentored five teams across Southeast Asia in developing a digital mission to build true followers of Christ who would build the kingdom of God. 

Doni is particularly passionate about discipling and equipping people to follow God's agenda by maximizing their talents and gifts for God's kingdom. With LeaderSource, he focuses on journeying with emerging Christian leaders, building their lives and ministries using the 5Cs of Christian leadership. His prayer is that they would each become a blessing to others through this process, building leaders themselves. 

He is married to Endas and has three sons, Nathanael (20), Dwikarios (14) and Leroy (12). 

During Doni's time at LeaderSource, he has noticed the following paradigm shifts in his life:

• Jesus’ life and leadership: Jesus always connected with the Father – His obedience, humility, love, intentionality, dependency, stillness and God’s Kingdom perspectives. This is foundational and critical in the life of a Christian leader.
• Clarity and deep conviction about leader development: the ConneXions Model. This challenges my heart to live it out and teach/ train/coach the same way.
• Deep understanding, practical and encouraging words: think and act; leadership means movement; intentional; customize; adjustment; listening; serving from the heart.
• Giving myself to serve wholeheartedly: to be a catalyst by respecting, loving and helping to develop individuals/leaders according to God’s will in their respective challenges and contexts.
• I see and believe that LeaderSource’s service in developing leaders with all its modules is an eco-system that is interrelated and brings transformation to the lives of individuals and communities which in turn brings transformation in society.
