Claire earned a Bachelor of Psychology from Baylor University in 2014, and has since leveraged her passion for working with people and organizational frameworks in the areas of Human Resources, Talent Development, Recruiting, and Resource Management. Having partnered with organizations spanning start-ups to large global enterprises, she is deeply fulfilled by helping build and grow healthy teams. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager for LeaderSource, Claire oversees recruiting, new teammate onboarding, personnel management, benefits administration, compliance, and ongoing employee development.

 

Raised within a loving, Christ-filled home, Claire experienced God’s call over her life from an early age. Born in Dallas, Texas but primarily raised in Denver, Colorado, she has a heart for adventure and is passionate about experiencing God’s beautiful design through travel. She met her husband, David, through a young adults group at their local church, and they currently live in Denver, Colorado.
