“Yesterday and today, I had the opportunity to attend a training on Building Healthy Leaders. I didn’t have any expectations for it, really, since many of the leadership courses/conferences I attended were focusing inwardly on the leaders themselves, anyway.
But I was totally blown away by how Christ-centered, biblical and holistic this model of building healthy leaders from LeaderSource is. Nothing revolutionary, really. Not rocket science either. All we did was to look back at the leadership model of Jesus, and how He built His own disciples.
